I wanted my life to be different. I wanted to be healthy and strong. I started with goals to eat better, bet more active and get at least one work out in a week. I decided to try to do simple, good-for-me things and see where it took me.
Now, I’ve fallen in love with clean eating and fitness! I feel better, my self-confidence is up and I have more energy. This blog is to share my journey and to help motivate & inspire other real life moms!
I do not eat clean 100% of the time. I don’t exercise every day. I am a real life, working mom of two young boys and a happy wife to an amazing man who works hard for our family.
I’m doing my best to be a healthier, more fit version of the woman I was yesterday. ❤
